At PureO2 Concepts, we prioritize safety, cleanliness, and quality. Due to the nature of our product as medical equipment, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

🚫 No Refunds or Returns

For hygiene and contamination control, we cannot accept any returned items, even if unused or unopened. Once shipped, all sales are final.

🔁 Replacement Policy (Damaged Items Only)

We do offer free replacements for any parts that arrive damaged or defective.

To qualify:

  • A photo of the damaged part must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Send your order number and images to Owner@PureO2Concepts.com
  • Once approved, a replacement part will be shipped at no cost to you.

We do not replace parts damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear beyond the delivery window.
